Khansi Ka Ilaj Aur Gharelu Nuskhe

1. Garam Pani Ya Herbal Tea Piyen

Zyada paani piyen – Paani pine se gale ka sukhapan door hota hai aur balgam patla ho jata hai.
Dhoomrapaan (Smoking) na karein – Yeh gale ko aur zyada kharab kar sakta hai.
Ghar ko hawa daar rakhein – Safai aur humidity ka dhyan rakhein taki allergy aur dust na ho.
